What’s Included Each VIP Bark Box includes: 1 x Four-pack of our classic handmade biscuits 1 x Fruity Bones treat pack 3 x Herbal tea bags for dogs 3 x Individual classic biscuits 2x Pack of Woofcorn (dog-safe popcorn) 1 x Pack of training treats 2 x Dog toys 1 x Surprise accessory Contents may vary slightly month to month, depending on availability and seasonal treats. All products are safe for dogs and made with natural ingredients, unless otherwise specified. 2. Pricing Subscription: £39.99/month, billed monthly until cancelled 3. Delivery Areas & Schedule We currently deliver to the following areas: UK Wide Shipping Standard 48hr tracked Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, or provide a safe place or a neighbour’s address. 4. Subscription Terms Subscriptions are billed monthly and continue until you cancel. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us at least 3 days before your next billing date. No partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations. 6. Returns & Refunds Due to the perishable and personalised nature of our boxes, we do not accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right. 7. Allergies & Dietary Info Please review ingredients carefully. If your dog has allergies or sensitivities, contact us before ordering. Treats may contain common allergens such as wheat, oats, or peanut butter. 8. Toys & Accessories Disclaimer Toys are selected for general use and may not suit all dog sizes or chewing habits. Always supervise your pet during play. Bark and Cart is not liable for any injuries caused by misuse. 9. Changes to the Box We reserve the right to update the box contents to reflect seasonal availability or introduce new treats and toys. We’ll always aim to deliver equal or greater value.
